Introduction
“Badass Ravi Kumar” is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language Comedy Musical Action Drama film which is a spin off film of the year 2014 Himesh Reshammiya film named “The Xpose”. This film “Badass Ravi Kumar” was announced in November 2022 and the filming started in September 2023 and wrapped up in February 2024.
The film was shot in various locations in India and Oman. The script of this film is written by Himesh Reshammiya & Kushal Ved Bakshi. Gorgeous versatile model turned actress Simona J. will be making her debut with a lead main role as ‘Simona Verbicka’ with this film. In the year 2020, Simona J. was seen in a Hindi-language music video song named “Unbelievable” along side Tiger Shroff.
The lyrics of this film are written by Sameer Anjaan, Mayur Puri and Himesh Reshammiya himself. The music of this film was released on January 6th, 2025. The budget of this film is approximately ₹20 crore which is already been recovered through music rights which is around ₹16 crores and subsidies which are around ₹4 crores. It is been reported that Himesh Reshammiya had waived his fee for a profit-sharing deal.
