Career

She started her professional career from modelling before she entered into the acting world. She did a couple of commercial ads for TV and print media. While working as a model, she also walked on-ramps for different designers and brands and then got a chance to work as an actress.

She made her debut in the Marathi Film Industry with the film Timepass in a small role. The film was directed by Ravi Jadhav & was released on January 3rd, 2014. This film had Prathamesh Parab, Ketaki Mategaonkar, Bhushan Pradhan in the lead role & was produced by Nikhil Sane & Zee Talkies.

After doing a short role in the film Timepass, she was then seen in a supporting role of Rumi in the Marathi film Girlz. The film was Directed by Vishal Devrukhkar. This film had Ankita Lande, Ketaki Narayan, Anvita Phaltankar, Parth Bhalerao, Nikhil Chavan, Devika Daftardar in the lead role.

Anvita was nominated in the category of Best Actress in a Supporting Role in Zee Talkies Comedy Awards for the first time for the film Girlz. Later Anvita Phaltankar was also seen in the film U Turn in the role of Tanvi. Both the movies were released in the year 2019. She has won Zee Marathi Awards 2021 (Lux Golden Beauty Award)
