Elnaaz was born in Tehran, Iran and when she was just 8 years old her family moved to Hanover, Germany. Having a great interest and passion for acting and modelling, she started her career in modelling when she was just 14 years old. After completing her class 12th, she took a one year training course in theatre.
By the time she was 19, she had travelled to various parts of Europe & Asia doing various assignments in modelling. Soon after the completion of her Graduation in Hanover – Germany, she shifted her base in India permanently where initially, she attended various acting workshops in India.
Before getting into the mainstream acting career, she endorsed a lot of brands and appeared in television & print ads for the brands like Esprit, Thums Up, Gerry Weber, HugoBoss, Titan Raga, L’Oréal, Lacoste, Canon, Samsung, Being Human, Dior, Puma, Myntra, and Steve Madden. She started her acting career in the year 2018 from a Pakistani, romantic comedy film named Maan Jao Naa (English meaning “Believe then!”). In the movie, Elnaaz was casted as Rania in a lead role opposite Faris; the character played by Adeel Chaudhary. The movie was written by Asma Nabeel & Ahsan Raza Firdousi. It was directed by Aabis Raza & produced by Muhammad Khalid Ali under The Crew Films & Crew Motion Pictures banner. The film’s music was composed by Shuja Haider, Vicky Haider & Asim Raza.
